FWCC is currently using Wing Tips Down WTD-A guts. These guts have no stops allowing you to move anything you like to change the sound to your liking that give you the entire goose vocabulary, all while sounding just a little softer with ease.
All Goose Calls use Double O-Rings on the Insert and will Come with a Call Bag.
When it comes to Short Reed goose calls in our opinion they need to have the Volume to Traffic Geese but also be able to get down and dirty when the birds start to commit to the spread. You will find that the Nor'Easter is that call, its back bore makes the call a very easy to operate and very smooth in transitions.
If your looking for a Fast & Loud Call to add to your lanyard this little guy can fill that spot.
Built on a 4 3/8 frame and paired with WTD-A guts you can run the gamut of the Honker vocabulary Quickly with a very loud sharp crack, Don't let this call fool you into thinking that the bottom end isn't all Gander.
We found ourselves reaching for the Stub Freezing because of the great low end tone and its fast response for lay down work in the fields.
Short Reeds are becoming very popular among Honker Hunters but at FWCC we don't want to leave out the Hunters that love blowing Flutes. So what we have come up for you is the Thunder Stick.
A perfect name for this Honker flute because of its very loud crack that it produces. We find it to be a very smooth running flute that you don't have to run like a short reed but can still mimic the vocabulary of real geese from loud honks to power double Clucks and soft mummers and moans.
